How do I pay?
The payment can be done in shipment (delivery) to the courier, in which case you will receive a receipt, or by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by our electronic system.
Original invoice with the products purchased, you will find in the package or sent by email.
What are the fees for transport?
Transport in Romania for ordered products is done through courier company FAN Courier that our company has contracted delivery. This company provides delivery in order 24-48 hours after dispatch, in localities where there are FAN Courier offices
If the order exceeds the value of 300 RON, the equivalent value of our company supports transportation to any of the villages with a branch FAN curier.Lista with villages with work is attempted FAN Courier is located at www.fancourier.ro.
If the destination is a village in order FAN Courier carrier did not work and control point exceeds 300 RON equivalent transport supports our company till nearest town where there is a branch FAN Courier.
For orders less than the amounts mentioned above, the shipping fee will be paid by the client.
We recommend checking packages upon receipt in order to prevent possible trouble !!!
For International delivery the cost varies depending on the delivery location, package volume and package weight. For an estimated transportation fee we will need the delivery information.
Price
The product prices displayed on the site is the unit price, include VAT (20%) and shipping (for orders over 300 €), unless stated otherwise.
How to order?
Orders can be made online using the shopping cart, following the steps of recording and sending order.
It also can order by phone or by email, using phone numbers that e-mail from the contact section
To make an online order is not required to register as utilizator.Daca you want the recording is made by completing all required fields in the Registration section followed by oparatiunea Create an account or you can register during completion of a product order form from the site.
If you are a registered user to enter the online ordering module, click Login and enter identification. After identifying this customer can order any item by clicking Add To Cart next product. You can also choose a different amount of 1 of that product. If you want to give a product please click Bin symbol (trash cart) next product. The procedure is repeated until the completion of the order.
After you have made your order you will be contacted by telephone or email by the sales team to acknowledgment and availability
