   Using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We recommend reading them carefully. SC OCTASER SRL reserves the right to change these provisions without further notice. The latest version can be found by accessing this page, called "Terms and conditions".

   SC OCTASER SRL guarantees the user limited access personal interest (making orders online information), the site www.atelier-varadinum.ro and does not grant the right to download or modify part or all of the site, full or partial reproduction of the site, to copy, to sell / resell or exploit the site in any other manner, for commercial purposes or against the interests of SC OCTASER SRL thereof without the prior written.

   Prices are updated regularly, according to BNR. Prices do not include shipping costs, unless specified differently expressly site. 3. Payment products

   The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise there will not be delivered. Payment of ordered products on site www.atelier-varadinum.ro according to these "Terms and Conditions" can be made in advance or upon delivery of products. SC OCTASER LLC reserves the right to require payment in certain cases the products in advance. Advance payment can be done by money order or by credit card; proof of payment must be sent to SC OCTASER SRL by e-mail info@octaser.ro. Delivery will be made only after receiving confirmation of payment.

   Payment in advance is considered and payment by credit card online. 4. Delivery of products

   Product delivery will be made anywhere in the country. SC OCTASER LLC reserves the right to conduct confirmation before honoring their orders by contacting customer. 5. Promotions and contests

   SC OCTASER SRL establishes regulations promotions and competitions it organizes. These regulations are disclosed to potential participants only through its own website. The only benefit these promotions orders strictly observe the rules posted on the site. Also promotions only apply controls that are registered by the company during the period of time specified in regulation and the promotion is valid and only in stock. 6. Product Warranty

   The warranty conditions are in accordance with Law 449/2003 and O.G. 21/1992. Customers may return items purchased www.atelier-varadinum.ro in good condition, within 14 calendar days of receipt without penalty and without giving any reason. Recall will be at the expense of the client, using the same transport service which made the shipment. www.atelier-varadinum.ro will return the value of returned products in more than 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract.
